摘    要:提出了工作场所空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯同时测定的气质联用(GC-MS)新方法。通过对色谱条件、质谱扫描模式等因素的探究,采用选择性离子监测(Selected Ion Monitoring,SIM)模式实现了对混合标准物质的分离和测定。实验表明,该方法有效检测范围为:苯0.20~300μg/mL、甲苯0.10~300μg/mL、对间二甲苯0.15~300μg/mL、邻二甲苯0.17~300μg/mL、乙酸乙酯0.40~600μg/mL、乙酸丁酯0.30~300μg/mL,线性相关系数均达到0.999。同时具有较高的灵敏度,最低检出限为0.10μg·mL-1(甲苯)。实现了工作场所空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯的高灵敏度同时测定。

Abstract:A novel detection method based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) was proposed in this paper for simultaneous determination of benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate in the air samples of workplace. Through the optimization of the key factors such as chromatographic condition and mass spectrum scanning mode, mixed standard substances were successfully separated and determined by Single Ion Monitoring (SIM) mode. Experiments show that the proposed method displays high selectivity and sensitivity, giving a effective detection range of 0.20-300 μg/mL for benzene, 0.10-300 μg/mL for toluene, 0.15-300 μg/mL for p-xylene、0.17-300 μg/mL for o-xylene, 0.40-600 μg/mL for ethyl acetate and 0.30-300 μg/mL for butyl acetate. And all of the corresponding linear correlatio-n coefficient were up to 0.999. This method possesses high sensitivity with low detection limit of 0.10 μg·mL-1 of toluene, and has been succesfully applied in high sensitive and simultaneous determination of benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate and butyl acetate in the air samples of workplace.
