静电纺丝制备多壁碳纳米管/聚酰亚胺复合纤维膜

摘    要:采用电纺技术制备多壁碳纳米管(F-MWNTs)/聚酰亚胺(PI)复合纤维膜。酸化处理MWNTs,运用原位聚合法制备多壁碳纳米管(F-MWNTs)/聚酰胺酸(PAA)溶液,使用电纺技术制成F-MWNTs/PAA复合纤维膜,经热亚胺化为F-MWNTs/PI复合纤维膜。运用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射、热重分析、电子拉力机、迅速热传导率计及体积电阻测量仪等对电纺复合纤维膜进行结构、组成及性能表征。结果表明,随着F-MWNTs含量增加,复合纤维膜热稳定性增强。含量为5wt%时,与纯PI纤维膜相比,复合纤维膜力学和导热性能显著提高,绝缘性能有所降低,但仍为绝缘材料。

Abstract:The F-MWNTs/PAA solution was prepared by in situ polymerization with the starting material of acid-treated MWNTs.Then the F-MWNTs/PAA solution was electrospun into composite fibers and further imidized into F-MWNTs/PI composite fibers by thermal method.Scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, electronic tensile machine, thermal conductivity factor measuring instrument and volume resistance tester were used to characterize its structure, composition and performance character.Compared to the pure PI fibers, when the F-MWNTs was 5wt%, its mechanical property and thermal conductivity were improved obviously, but the insulation performance was reduced somewhat.
