摘    要:建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定营养素补充剂中铜、铁、锌、锰、钙、镁、钾、磷、锶、钼、镍、钒、硒、锡、铬、铅、镉、砷、汞和锑共20种营养及有害元素的分析方法。通过对微波消解条件、质谱条件的优化、内标物的选择,克服高盐复杂基体对痕量元素测定的干扰,选择高浓度元素的低丰度质量数扩大线性范围。结果表明,铜、锌、铁、锰、钙、镁、钾、磷在0~50mg/L、汞在0~10μg/L、其他元素在0~50μg/L线性良好,相关系数在0.9992~1.0000之间,方法检出限为0.021μg/kg~21μg/kg,方法精密度为0.8%~5.7%。用该方法测定国家标准物质奶粉GBW(E)10017和芹菜GBW10048,测定结果与标准值无显著差异。方法简便、快速,可实现多种样品中含量在1%以下的主、微量元素同时测定。

Abstract:The determination of twenty elements of copper, iron, zinc, manganese, calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, strontium, molybdenum, nickel, vanadium, selenium, tin, chromium, lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury and antimony in dietary supplement were studied by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with microwave digestion. The optimized analytical conditions of microwave digestion and mass spectrum, and internal standard elements were used to depressed high-salt matrix interference of trace elements detection. Low abundance mass were used to enlarge the linear ranges of high contents elements. The results show that linear ranges are 0-10μg/L of mercury , 0-50mg/L of copper, iron, zinc, manganese, calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus, and 0-50μg/L of the other elements with good linear relationships, and the correlative coefficients are 0.9992-0.9999. The detection limits of the method are 0.021-21μg/kg. The relative standard derivations are in the range of 0.8%-5.7%. The national standard material GBW10017 milk powder and GBW10048 celery were analyzed by the described method and the measured element values were in according with the standard values. It is a simple and quick method for the determination of low and high concentration level elements less than one percent by one single analysis in various samples.
