板翅式换热器真空干燥装置的研制

摘    要:目前国内板翅式换热器干燥度与国际先进水平仍有很大差距,为此杭州制氧机集团有限公司联合杭州钱江干燥设备有限公司研制了板翅式换热器真空干燥装置,使得杭氧板翅式换热器生产能力得到了大幅度提高。经干燥度检测露点温度达到了-37℃,介质通道个数由8个增加到15个。另外,该装置采用PLC程序自动控制系统操作,节约能耗,年节约电能可达273万度(约合204万元)。

Development of Vacuum Drying Equipment for Plate-Fin Heat Exchanger

Abstract:At present, there is still a big gap between the domestic and international levels in the dryness of a plate-fin heat exchanger. Hangzhou Oxygenerator Group Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Qianjiang Drying Equipment Co., Ltd. jointly developed a vacuum drying equipment for a plate-fin heat exchanger, which made the capacity of a plate-fin heat exchanger greatly improved. The dryness test showed that the dew-point temperature reached -37℃ and the number of media channels increased from 8 to 15 in the new system. In addition, a PLC automatic control system was equipped at the equipment, which lowered the energy consumption with annual energy savings about 2.73 million degrees (2.04 million RMB).
