| 摘 要： | 介绍了富士变频器在高炉上料自动控制系统中的应用。高炉上料系统利用现代计算机技术将PLC系统与变频器紧密结合在一起，实现PLC与变频器控制的统一，解决了因卷扬控制系统不稳定而造成的高炉休风、停产等问题。提高了卷扬上料系统的稳定性，降低了故障率。变频器的灵活应用，成为高炉实现稳定、高产的基础。

| Abstract: | The application of Fuji frequency converter in the automatic control system for blast furnace charging is introduced.BF charging system uses modern computer technology to combine PLC with frequency converter,realizing integration of the two and solving the problems of BF blowing-down and production stop caused by instability of the hoisting control system.Flexible use of frequency converter ensures stable and high-efficiency production of the blast furnace. |
