摘    要:针对炮掘工作面粉尘污染严重的问题,分析研究了炮掘工作面产尘规律及含尘气流时空演化规律,得出炮掘作业最优排尘风速为0.30~0.40 m/s,并结合彝良许家院煤矿4301炮掘工作面的产尘特点和风速条件,提出采用高效水炮泥、高压喷雾降尘及粉尘质量浓度超限喷雾降尘等综合防尘措施,从源头对粉尘进行控制和治理,同时切断粉尘扩散途径,综合降尘效率达到85%以上,取得了较好的降尘效果。

Abstract:In order to solve the serious problem of dust pollution in artillery working face, this paper studied the dust production law and the space-time evolution law of dust-bearing airflow in artillery working face.It was concluded that the optimal dust discharge wind speed of artillery excavation is from 0.30 m/s to 0.40 m/s. Combined with the dust production characteristics and wind speed conditions in 4301 artillery working face of Xujiayuan Coal Mine in Yiliang, the comprehensive dust prevention measures including high efficiency water stemming, dust removal with high pressure spray and dust removal with dust quality concentration transfinite spray were proposed, which controls dust from the source and cuts off the dust diffusion pathway, the comprehensive dust removal efficiency reaches over 85%, and a good dust removal effect is obtained.
