隔爆水幕抑制瓦斯爆炸的管道实验研究

摘    要:为了有效地减少瓦斯爆炸事故的发生,降低其破坏能力,研发了一种隔爆水幕抑制瓦斯爆炸的管道实验系统,并通过该实验系统分别进行了有无水幕、不同瓦斯浓度、不同流量条件下隔爆水幕作用效果的对比实验,研究了隔爆水幕对瓦斯爆炸的阻隔效果。研究结果表明,隔爆水幕有良好的阻隔效果,在瓦斯浓度为9.5%、喷头喷水流量为16.4 L/min时隔爆效果最佳。

Abstract:In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of gas explosion accidents and reduce their destructive capacity, an experimental pipeline system for the suppression of gas explosion by the explosion proof water curtain was developed. Through the experimental system, comparative experiments were conducted on the effect of explosion proof water curtain under different conditions that with or without water curtain, different gas concentration and different water flow, the barrier effect of water curtain on gas explosion was studied.The results showed that the water curtain has a good barrier effect. The best effect is achieved when the gas concentration is 9.5% and the nozzle water flow is 16.4 L/min.
