机器人工程专业本科导师制运行机制的探索与实践

摘    要:机器人工程专业以项目驱动教学、强化理论与实践的协同互融,以创新实践型人才培养为核心任务和基本职能。通过调研分析和教学实践,在机器人工程专业实行本科生导师制在个性化培养创新人才方面具有一定的优势,同时在实施过程中也发现了一些不足和急需解决的问题。本文对本科生导师制在实践过程中的存在问题进行探讨和分析,并从制度建设和制度完善的角度提出应对策略。

Abstract:The major of robot engineering takes project driven teaching,strengthening the coordination and integration of theory and practice,and takes the cultivation of innovative and practical talents as its core task and basic function.Through the investigation and analysis and teaching practice,the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system in robot engineering specialty has certain advantages in personalized training of innovative talents.Meanwhile,some deficiencies and urgent problems have been found in the implementation process.This paper discusses and analyzes the problems existing in the practice of undergraduate tutorial sys?tem,and puts forward countermeasures from the perspective of system construction and system improvement.
