| 摘 要： | 洪水保险是一项重要的非工程防洪措施,是拟建的胖头泡蓄滞洪区安全建设的重要组成部分.分析了在胖头泡蓄滞洪区建立洪水保险制度的重要性和必要性,并建议研究探讨在胖头泡蓄滞洪区试办洪水保险,以解决蓄滞洪区的有效运用后的巨额经济补偿问题.

| Abstract: | Flood insurance is an important non-engineering flood control countermeasure and an important component part of drawing up saft construction at Pangtoupao Flood storage Area.The author analyses importance and necessity of establishing flood insurance system at Pangtoupao Flood Storage Area and suggests to study and explore haw to handle flood insurance in order to solve the problems of huge economic compensation after effective usage at flood storage area. |
