| 摘 要： | 对球铁管渗漏的原因进行分析，认为渗漏通道主要来源于夹杂（渣）、针孔、裂纹等铸造缺陷。为了提高铸管的成材率，应减少铸造缺陷，解决管子试压时的渗漏问题。
