| 摘 要： | 少数检测人员在陶瓷砖强度试验中未严格按照标准要求进行试验，主要表现在3个方面：试验时试样的前处理未干燥至恒重；试验时试样的放置不正确；断裂面厚度测量不正确。通过和标准测试方法的比对研究，分析讨论了这些不正确的做法对陶瓷砖强度试验结果的影响。上述研究有助于检测人员更好地找到产品质量检测数据不准确的原因，从而采用正确的试验方法，更好地认识和改进产品的质量。

| Abstract: | A few testers do not keep in strict accordance with the standard requirements for strength experiment on ceramic tile, mainly exist three kinds of deviations from the standard as follows： the sample pretreatment doesnlt dry to constant weight; the sample was not placed correctly in testing~ the thickness of fracture surface was not measured correctly. Through the comparison research of the deviated test methods and the standard methods, the influence of three kinds of the test method deviated from standard requirements on strength experiment results of ceramic tile was analyzed. The above research will help the testers to find the reason of inaccurate test data, then use the correct test method, and improve the product quality. |
