涂镀炉节能系列标准的研究

摘    要:该项目首创性研究了热镀锌铜带加热炉和彩涂板焚烧炉、固化炉热诊断技术,制定了系列化的国家标准和行业标准加以规范和推广。该技术通过对热工炉进行“体检”、“治疗”、“评判”和“保养”等一系列手法,达到最佳节能效果,有利于提高产品质量、延长设备寿命、减少运行成本。

Abstract:The project initiatively studies the heating furnace of hot dip galvanized steel strip and caitu incinerator, thermal diagnosis technology of curing furnace, formed series of complete and mature, systematic national standards and industry standards to regulate and promotion. By means of thermal furnace "examination", "treatment", "judge" and "maintenance", The technology achieves the best energy-saving effect, to improve product quality, extend equipment life, reduce operating costs.
