低顺橡胶挥发分含量测试的不确定度评定

摘    要:以低顺橡胶P30AF为例,依据ASTMD5668-2009在电热恒温鼓风干燥箱中进行了挥发分含量测试,对其挥发分含量测试过程中的不确定度分量进行了分析和评定,并给出了具体数值。结果表明:低顺橡胶P30AF挥发分含量X=0.67%,扩展不确定度U=0.09%,包含因子k=2,置信概率p=95%;其测量不确定度主要来源为由样品的不均匀性引入的不确定度。

Abstract:Volatile content of low-CIS rubber was tested according to ASTM D5668--2009 with P30AF rubber as example, and the uncertainty factors were analyzed and evaluated during the testing process. The results show that the volatile content of low-CIS rubber P30AF X= 0. 67%, with the expanded uncertainty U: 0. 09% coverage factor k= 2, confidence probability p≈ 95 %, and the main source of the uncertainty in the volatile content testing process was the inhomogeneity of the sample.
