摘    要:通过对16 根外部粘钢加固钢筋混凝土梁正截面受弯和斜截面受剪的试验观察,分析研究了粘钢加固梁的破坏特征和粘结锚固性能,试验结果表明:仅具有足够的锚固长度,虽可以保证外贴钢板与构件的共同工作,发挥钢板的强度,但构件的延性较差,钢板与混凝土交接面易产生破坏,导致钢板脱落。由于钢板与构件间不仅存在着切向的剪应力,同时由于构件的弯曲作用,还存在着径向的正应力,因此在粘钢加固设计时,不仅要保证足够的锚固长度,尚应采取附加措施,避免在径向正应力的作用下产生破坏。

Abstract:Through the test of 16 reinforced concrete beams strengthened by bonding steel plate,the failure characters and bonding properti es hav e been analyzed.The experimental results showed that,although the sufficient anc hor length can make steel plate and the components work together,they have less ductility,the bonding surface is easy to fail which makes the steel plate fall.B ecause exist in the bonding surface not only the tangential shear stress but als o the radial normal stress due to the bending,so in the design of those componen ts,besides the sufficient anchor length,the additional step must be taken to avo id the failure caused by the radial normal stress.
