碳钢与不锈钢表面高浓度渗铬法

摘    要:在氩气气氛下,应用固体渗铬填料法对碳钢、不锈钢作了表面高铬浓度的渗铬处理,探讨了渗铬温度、时间和渗铬组分对渗层表面铬含量、厚度,试样增重和物相组分影响,碳钢、不锈钢的表面渗铬浓度分别达80-94wt%和70-82wt%。

Abstract:This paper presents the preparation of a surface with high chromium content forcarbon steel and stainless steel by pack-chromizing in argon gas atmosphere. The depandance ofsurface chromium content, thickness of the chrodrizing layer, sample increment and compositionof coating on chromizing temperature, time and components of pack-chromizing have beeninvestigated A chromium-rich surface coating of 80~94 wt% Cr and 70~82 wt% Cr were obtainedfor the chromizing carbon steel and stainless steel, respectively. The chromized steel with asurface of high chromium content exhibit excellent oxidation resistance below the temperature atwhich surface chromium rediffuses in the steel substrate
