玻璃纤维耐腐性和化学成分关系的研究

摘    要:化学组成不同的玻璃纤维套管,在硫酸介质中经过电化学氧化腐蚀试验后,确定中碱玻璃纤维套管最耐腐蚀,而高碱,低碱或无碱玻璃纤维极不耐腐.在5.88×10~5Pa的蒸气压力下其强度下降 93%~99%.因此,管状正极固化时要考虑这一影响.

Abstract:After testing on corrosion of fibric glass tube with different chemical composition in sul-furic acid by electrochemical oxidation,we found that the fibric glass with middle-alkali content has better corrosion-resistance performance then that with high-alkali, low-alkali or no-alkali. In addition,the tension stress of fibric glass will be reduced by93%-99% under a steam pressure of 5. 88 X 105Pa,showing an important factor to notice in .the cure process of tubular positive plate.
