铁合金在低碳经济环境下发展方向的探讨

改变传统的中低碳铬铁的生产方法,采用AOD炉炉外氩氧顶底复合吹炼工艺生产,操作中通过采取控制反应温度、降低CO分压及增加动力学条件等措施,达到脱碳保铬、降低合金中杂质,从而提高合金品质的目的,探索实现以氧代电、低碳节能的新型铁合金生产发展之路。

DISCUSSION ON THE DIRECTION OF DEVELOPMENT IN LOW-CARBON ECONOMY ENVIRONMENT OF FERROALLOY

Using AOD furnace top and bottom blowing process to produce medium-low carbon ferrochrome so as to change the traditional production method,and through taking control of the reaction temperature,reducing CO partial pressure and increasing dynamic conditions during operation to achieve the purpose of holding chrome when decarbonizing,reducing the impurities in the alloy and improving the quality of alloy.It probes a development path of low carbon and energy-saving for the new ferroalloy prpducing using oxyge...
