南水北调渠道混凝土衬砌施工技术

摘    要:南水北调渠道属于大型渠道,底宽较大,边坡坡度较缓,渠道边坡混凝土要分块采用模板浇筑,资源投入较大、功效较低且工程质量不易保证,渠道衬砌机械施工正好解决这个难题.指出了运用衬砌机进行渠道混凝土衬砌施工的25道工序,论述了施工质量控制及各种裂缝防治措施.混凝土衬砌机的成功实践经验可在南水北调工程渠道施工中推广应用.

Abstract:South-to-north water transfer project belongs to large-scale canals with a wide bottom and a slow slope.If adopting the partitional template to pour the concrete for the slope of channels,the investment of resources will be large,the effectiveness of construction will be low and the quality of construction can not be guaranteed.However,the channal lining machine can solve these problems.25 processes of the channel concrete lining construction with the lining machine are pointed out and the construction quality control as well as various crack prevention measures are discussed.Therefore,due to the successful experiences,the channel lining machine can be widely applied in the channel construction of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.
