South-to-north water transfer project belongs to large-scale canals with a wide bottom and a slow slope.If adopting the partitional template to pour the concrete for the slope of channels,the investment of resources will be large,the effectiveness of construction will be low and the quality of construction can not be guaranteed.However,the channal lining machine can solve these problems.25 processes of the channel concrete lining construction with the lining machine are pointed out and the construction quality control as well as various crack prevention measures are discussed.Therefore,due to the successful experiences,the channel lining machine can be widely applied in the channel construction of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.
