摘    要:MIC-80微型机在YSJ型液体闪烁仪上应用之后,实现了液体闪烁测量的实时数据处理和控制。有28种程序用来进行单,双标记样品淬灭校准及误差计算、放射免疫数据处理、化学发光估算和Scatchara作图。能直观地对实验坏点予以剔除。除数据采集程序使用汇编语言编写外,整个应用程序都用Level Ⅱ Basic语言编写,使用方便,并且有可扩性。

Abstract:The ability of on-line data processing for Model-YSJ LSC is similar to that of commercially available products in tne world market after connecting a MIC-80 microcomputer to the LSC.28 programms are mainly for quench correction and counting error calculation of single or double samples, for RIA, for approximate measurement of chemiluminescence and scatchard plotting, etc.Besides, one can reject experimental 'bad points' on the screen by manipulating the keyboard.The whole programm is written in level II basic and assembly languages, which makes it easy for different users to put in their own programms.
