| 摘 要： | 中国铝业广西公司二期工程两台DG130/9.8-3型锅炉,2003年5月投产调试时只能做到90t/h以上才可断油运行。通过探索二期锅炉低负荷运行调整方式,做到低负荷时少油稳燃甚至断油稳燃运行,对降低柴油消耗、节约成本极为重要。经过不断的探索终于取得了显著的效果,获得了良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The two DG130/9.8 - 3 boilers are installed in the second engineering of Subcompany of China Aluminum Industry, but the largest part load without auxiliary burning oil is larger than 90t/h in the beginning. The method of part load nmning has been achieved through adjusting the part load nmning method of the two boilers. It is of great importance to decrease the consumption of diesel oil and naming cost. And a remarkable effect and a considerable economy benefit can be obtained. |
