Abstract:Two faults in the molecular sieve purification system of a 10000m^3/h air separation unit are introduced. The causes of the faults are the leakage at the forward flow inlet valve and the regenerative flow outlet valve of the molecular sieve adsorber, respectively. The concrete treatment processes are also presented.
