独山子热电厂汽轮机热工保护的双重化改造

依据“在保护不发生拒动的基础上,尽可能减少误动”的原则,从防止抽汽倒流引起的汽轮机超速飞车事故出发,结合独山子热电厂实际情况,提出相对完整的汽轮机热工保护的双重化改造方案,包括信号发送、保护回路及保护电源等双重化方案。

Retrofit of Thermotechnical Protection of Steam Turbines by Using Duplicate System in Dushanzi Cogeneration Power Plant

In accordance with the principle of "on the basis of without occurrence of failoperation of protection, to reduce maloperation to the full", proceeding from preventing overspeed-runaway accident of steam turbine as a result of counterflow of extracted steam, and combining with the actual situation of Dushanzi Cogeneration Power Plant, a relatively complete retrofit scheme for thermotechnical protection of steam turbines by using duplicate system is suggested, including the duplications of signal transmission, protection circuit, power source of protection, etc.
