摘    要:设备的监测和维护是保证设备正常运行、提高设备工作效率、延长设备使用寿命的主要手段。基于状态的设备维护(CBM)是新一代的设备监控与维护技术,介绍了一个标准化的CBM系统框架(OSA-CBM)。它基于分布式网络结构,采用当前流行的组件技术,同时定义了标准的功能模块和接口,有助于CBM系统的标准化和产业化。

Abstract:Monitoring and maintenance of equipment are main measures to ensure proper operation, increase productivity and prolong service life of the equipment. Condition based maintenance (CBM) is a new generation of monitoring and maintenance technology. A Standard CBM system framework (OSA-CBM) is described in the article. It is based on distributed network structure and adopts present popular module technology. At the same time, standard function modules and interfaces are defined, which is helpful to the standardization and industrialization of CBM system.
