摘    要:以催化裂化废催化剂为原料生产了LSH-03喷气燃料脱色吸附剂,在中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳石化喷气燃料精制系统上进行了工业应用试验。结果表明,LSH-03吸附剂精制的3号喷气燃料色度合格,储存稳定,使用寿命长,吸附性能已达到并超过颗粒白土。该吸附剂取代颗粒白土后不仅能满足喷气燃料的生产需要,而且可实现废物利用,节约白土资源。

Abstract:A jet fuel decolorizing adsorbent LSH-03 prepared from spent catalytic cracking catalyst was commercially applied in the jet fuel treatment at Luoyang Petrochemical Company. The results showed that the colourity of the treated No. 3 jet fuel was qualified and the storage stability was improved, the service life was longer, and the adsorbed performance was better than that of the granulated clay. Clay replaced by LSH-03 adsorbent could not only fulfill the production of jet fuel but could also realize the use of waste and save the clay resources.
