| 摘 要： | 妇幼保健信息管理内容繁杂、管理周期长、覆盖人群广、涉及其它医疗保健机构和相关部门多。为满足各级妇幼保健机构借助信息管理系统开展工作，提出采用开放、标准和灵活可扩展的软件架构设计区域妇幼保健信息系统，以满足区域妇幼保健业务管理的复杂性。本文描述了区域妇幼保健信息系统设计的主要框架和内容，并对对试点地区的应用效果进行提炼和总结。

| Abstract: | It is characterized by complexity, long period, wide coverage, and involving many agencies for the maternal and child health information management. To help the maternal and child health care institutions to carry out the work, this paper puts forward an open, standard and extensible software design method to construct the regional maternal and child health care informa- tion system. It introduces the design method, and the application effect. |
