| 摘 要： | 用Mastercam软件对反凹背切曲面零件编程,由于软件开发初期针对的对象不同。往往引起编程失败,造成工件报废。本文针对昆氏曲面(Coon)特性,对反凹背切成型板块进行刀路规划及工艺改进,保证了产品的合格率及质量。

| Abstract: | When we use the software of Mastercam programming the parts that with the reverse side caved and back tangented flection of surfance, Because the object dissimilarity that the software development aim at in the early years. Usually cause the program failure, result in the product discard. This text aims at the Coon surface (Coon) characteristic, Carry on the knife road programming and the process improvements to the parts that with the reverse side caved and back tangented flection surfance,guaranteed the qualified rate and quantities of the product. |
