基于单片机89C51的多路模拟量转换系统

摘    要:为了解决一些工业生产线上过秤计量困难的问题,提出一种由多路模拟量转换系统加一部分外围电子线路来构成计量仪的开发思想。结合这一开发思想介绍在该应用实例开发中由单片机89C51作为主机构成多路模拟量转换系统的设计与实现过程。详细论述了该系统硬件各部分的工作原理及软件设计方法。系统开发完成后,在模拟现场采集到的两路模拟量的情况下工作稳定,功能完备,收到了良好的实验效果。该系统具有与实际结合紧密的特点,有着良好的推广性和应用前景,对其他类似开发也具有着一定的参考价值。

Abstract:In order to deal with some problems in weighing on some product lines, an idea is proposed, which is to develop a gauge composed of a system of multi analog signal convertion and a peripheral circuit. A designing and actualizing process about this system is given in this paper by using a single chip89C51 in applied example. The principles of hardware and the method of designing software are discussed in detail. This system workes steadily with full functions in a simulant condition, which showed a good effect. This system connects closely with practice, so it has a nicer generalization ability and a promising future in the real world. In addition, it can give some other developments a few valuable references.
