泰州长江公路大桥中塔大型沉井定位施工技术

摘    要:泰州长江公路大桥中塔为浮运钢沉井基础,钢沉井采用锚墩施加预拉力精确定位的新工艺.介绍了主塔墩的上下游锚墩设计及施工流程,钢沉井制作、浮运、定位、着床等阶段关键技术.与传统定位技术相比,钢沉井锚墩预施拉力定位技术可运用于水流方向多变、水位变化大的河段及近海跨江跨海特大型桥梁深水基础施工,且其定位精度高、工期短、提高桥梁抗洪能力及抗冲击能力,对航道干扰较小.

Abstract:The intermediate tower foundation of Taizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge is floating steel caisson.The steel caisson applies accurate location technology of setting prestress at anchor pier.Key technologies include design and construction of upstream and downstream anchor piers for main tower,fabrication,floating,location and installation of steel caisson.Comparing with traditional location technology,the mentioned location technology for steel caisson is applicable to the river where water current directi...
