摘    要:阐述了角偏差的定义和测量原理,然后用照片给出了测量仪的全貌。整套测量仪用微机进行二维转动架的规定交替转动,并记录信号接收器传来的信号,待测量结束时打印出结果。对测量光束的设计要点和CCD面阵探测器的选择原则进行了说明,最后定性地分析了影响测量结果的10项误差源,按照误差理论给出了绝对合成不确定度。

Abstract:Definition of angle deviation and measuring principle are introduced,and the complete picture of the measuring instrument is displayed with the photograph.A micro-computer is triggering stipulating alternative turn of the device,and recording signal from CCD,and printing result after measuring end.Designing gist of measuring beam and selecting principle of CCD detector are explained.Finally,sources of ten errors that affect measuring results are analysed,and absolute uncertainty in accordance with errors theory is listed.
