新型金刚石链锯锯切实验研究

摘    要:文章对一种新型无导板化金刚石链锯进行空转实验和锯切石材实验,研究发现,这种金刚石链锯空转及锯切石材功耗较小,且具有较高的锯切效率:Ф500链轮锯切大理石效率为1.9m^2/h,锯切花岗石达到0.6m^2/h。最后通过实验与理论计算得出节块寿命为56m^2/m,链条寿命为73h/m,由此推算出链条理论复焊次数为2次。

Research on new diamond chain saw cutting stone

Abstract:In this paper, it has found the new diamond chain saw has lower power consumption and higher cutting efficiency by the idling and cutting test. For example, the cutting efficiency of Ф500mm chain wheel for cutting marble is 1.9m^2/h and for granite it can reach 0. 6m^2/h. Finally, from experiments and calculation in theory, it was obtained that the segment's life is 56m^2/m, the chain's life is 73h/m, and the chain can be repeat- edly welded at least 2 times.
