摘    要:介绍了硬岩深孔钻进中热压金刚石钻头的设计方法与研制技术,重点就钻头胎体的设计研究方法进行了较全面的分析与阐述,对钻头的结构设计作了深入的研究与探讨,为读者研究金刚石钻头提供了思路与方法。论文以科钻一井为例,在分析岩石性质与钻进条件的前提下,对硬岩、深孔、大口径取芯金刚石钻头的设计作了具体的论述,钻头的保径措施和工作层结构采用了全新的设计方案;热压工艺完全不同于普通钻头的传统烧结规程,钻头质量在科钻一井使用的各类钻头中取得了平均时效(1.12m/h)和平均寿命(28.85m/个)最好的效果。钻进事实表明,胎体的设计研究方法是一种先进的具有普遍意义的方法;钻头的结构设计和保径措施.同样具有创新性和实用价值.

Study on drill bit for large diameter core drilling of deep hole in hard rock

Abstract:It has introduced the designing method and manufacturing technology of hot pressing diamond bit used for core drilling of deep hole in hard rocks, and emphasized on general analysis and illustration of the designing and studying method for bit matrix, as well as deeply researched and discussed the structural design of bit with provision of thoughts and means for the readers to study diamond bit in this paper. Taking Kezuan No. 1 welling as an example, based on rocks properties and drilling conditions, it has concretely discussed the design of diamond bit with large diameter used for drilling a deep hole in hard rocks. A whole new design plan has been adopted in preserving diameter measures and working layer's structure. Hot-pressing technology is totally different from traditional sintering procedure of ordinary bit, and the quality of bit among those bits used in Kezuan No. 1 welling is the best with the best effects of average efficiency (1. 12m/h) and average working life (28.85m/bit). The drilling facts showed that the research method of matrix designing is a kind of advanced method with universal significance, while the structural design and preserving diameter measures is also creative and practical.
