一种新的发输电系统可靠性试验系统

摘    要:论述了建立发输电系统可靠性 试验系统的必要性。介绍了国际上2个著名的测试系统IEEE-RTS 79及IEEE-RTS 96。提出了基于中国国情的测试系统TH-RTS 2000,运用清华大学开发的软件THBESREP对上述3个测试系统进行了可靠性评估,评估结果令人满意。

Abstract:The necessity for establishing reliability test system for generation and transmission system in China is mentioned. Two reliability test systems proposed by IEEE which are entitled IEEE- RTS79and IEEE- RTS96 are sum marized.A new reliability test system based on national conditions of China proposed by Tsinghua University for composite generation and transmission system TH- RTS2 0 0 0 is presented.TH- RTS2 0 0 0 has been tested by software TH- BESREP2 0 0 0 developed by Tsinghua University,and results show that TH- RTS2 0 0 0 is suitable for power industry in China.
