尖底杯在古代制盐工艺流程中的功能研究

尖底杯是商周时期广泛分布于重庆峡江地区的一种陶容器,普遍认为它是与古代盐业有关的一种陶器。本文分析了各遗址中尖底杯的不同堆积景观,指出了它们与盐业生产和消费的对应关系;另从微痕观察等角度进行了多方面论证,认为尖底杯不是晒盐或熬盐的器具,而是制作盐模的工具,并分析了其具体使用方法和其它功能。

A Study on the Function of Sharp Bottom Cup in Salt Making Process in Ancient Times

Sharp bottom cup was one kind of ceramic vessel of Shang and Zhou dynasties that was widely distributed in Three Gorges area of Chongqing and it was generally considered as one kind of pottery that concerned ancient production and consumption of salt industry. This paper analyzes the sharp bottom cups in the ruins of the different stacking cups landscape, pointing out their corresponding relationship between production and consumption; the observation shows the sharp bottom cup was not salt productive boiling apparatus, but salt productive model of the tool. The writer also analyzes its specific use and other functions.
