刘庄煤气化反应动力学特征的研究

摘    要:针对煤炭在气化过程中高温的碳与二氧化碳和水蒸汽发生的非均匀向反应决定了出口煤气的组分和热值这一问题,在实验的基础上,研究了刘庄煤气化过程中CO2还原反应和H2O(g)分解反应的动力学特征,确定了其化学反应的速率表达式,得出其反应活化能分别为140.41kJ/mol和171.53kJ/mol。

Abstract:In the process of coal gasification, the gas composition and heat value usually depend on the heterogeneous reaction among heated coal, CO 2, and H 2O (g) . Aiming at this problem, the kinetics of the reaction of CO 2 and H 2O (g) in Liuzhuang coal gasification was studied experimentally, the expressions for reaction rate were determined. The result shows that the values of activation energy obtained are 140.41kJ/mol and 171.53kJ/mol respectively.
