摘    要:以桑塔纳2000(GSI)电控发动机为例,在怠速工况下,模拟发动机可能出现的故障,利用金德K81电脑检测仪和NHA—501型尾气分析仪采集数据样本.调用Matlab神经网络工具箱中的BP神经网络,对所采集的其中4组数据样本进行训练、仿真.结果表明,BP神经网络对发动机故障的诊断是迅速、准确的.

Abstract:Taking SANTANA2000GSI electrical control engine as example,and simulating almost all kinds of engine faults in the idle condition,the exhausting gas was gathered by using the JinDe K81 and the NHA-501 equipment.Using the BP neural network of Matlab toolbox,trainings and simulations to the four stylebooks were performed.The results showed that BP neural network was a quick and exact means of the diagnosis of engine fault.
