| 摘 要： | 为开发以五枚经面缎纹为基础组织的精梳双层弹力织物,对其原料的选用、纺纱工艺特点、氨纶包芯纱的关键技术、弹力织物在喷气织机上的工艺设计等进行了分析;通过对弹力织物的相关性能进行测试,认为该织物具有良好的抗折皱性,且强度高、耐磨性好.

| Abstract: | Choice of raw materials, speciality of spinning processing, key technology of polyurethane core-spun yarn, technology design of elastic fabric in air-jet loom were analyzed for developing double-layer combed cotton elastic fabric, and the basic stitch of it is five-heddle warp satin. Through testing the relative property of the elastic fabric, it is considered to has better creasability, higher strength and better abrasion resistance. |
