空气冷等离子体连续化处理碳纤维表面的研究

摘    要:本文利用辉光放电技术对碳纤维表面进行了连续化空气冷等离子体表面处理。结果表明:经等离子体处理后,碳纤维与基体间的粘结性能得到大大改善,其复合材料的层间剪切强度(即ILSS)由未处理的641kg/cm~2提高到871kg/cm~2,达到了日本TΚ300的性能指标。此项技术工艺简单,操作方便、经济、安全、无公害,可与碳纤维生产线配套使用。

Abstract:In this paper, the technology of glow discharge is used to treat the surface of carbon fiber continuously by air-cold plasma. The result is. the adhesion between carbon fiber and matrix resin is improved greatly and the ineer laminar shear strength of carbon fiber reinforced epong Composite is increased from 641kg/cm~2 to 871kg/cm~2, having arrived at the level of T-300 carbon fiber of Japan. Not only is this technology very simple, convenient in operation, low in cost and safe, but this treatment process does not produce any environmental pollution. It can be used directly in production of carbon fiber.
