脆硫铅锑精矿短回转窑还原造锍熔炼半工业试验

摘    要:以富含氧化铁的黄铁矿烧渣为固硫剂, 进行了脆硫铅锑精矿短回转窑还原造锍熔炼半工业试验, 取得了铅、锑的直收率分别大于63.50%、88.02%, 固硫率大于95%的实验结果, 表明脆硫铅锑矿还原造锍熔炼工艺是可行的。短回转窑具有可用热效率高, 熔炼强度大的优点, 可作为脆硫铅锑矿精矿还原造锍熔炼的熔炼设备。

Abstract:The pilot test of reduction matting smelting of jamesonite concentrate with a short rotary furnace is conducted using pyrite cinder as sulfur fixing agent, with good test results, such as direct recovevies of above 88.02% Sb and 63.50%Pb and sulfur fixing ratio of above 95%. From these test results, it is shown that the reduction matting smelting process is feasible. Due to its advantages, such as high thermal efficiency and smelting intensity, the short rotary furnace can be used as smelting devices for reduction matting smelting of jamesonite concentrate.
