叠氮化钠合成法方法现状及发展

摘    要:当今国内外对叠氮化钠的需求量增加,而现有制造技术相对不足且产能较低,对现有4种合成叠氮化钠的主要方法:钠法、水合肼法、尿素法和硝基胍法进行总结归纳并得出一种新的制法:先制得叠氮基团,再将钠离子与叠氮基团结合生成叠氮化钠,最后根据需要进行提纯。

Abstract:As the demands of sodium azide increase,present production capacity remains relatively low and the techniques still limited.By four of the main methods of synthesizing sodium azide,including sodium method,hydrazine hydrate mehtod,urea method and Nitroguanidine method,sodium azide was made as following: producing azide group,combinating it with particles of sodium for sodium azide,and refining the sodium azide according to need.
