电控发动机故障诊断模拟实验台设计

摘    要:汽车发动机电控技术的运用对汽车维修从业人员的故障诊断技能提出了新的要求.本文以丰田威驰车8A-E25P发动机为例,将发动机电控技术和单片机控制技术融合,采用原车实物结合单片机模拟控制的方法完成了电控发动机故障诊断模拟实验台的设计、制作.故障模拟控制系统以AT89S51单片机为核心,通过键盘输入故障编码来实现发动机电控系统在不同工况下出现的典型故障,特别是对传感器输出参数偏离故障进行了模拟.为汽车维修人员进行发动机电控系统故障诊断技能培养提供了有效载体.

Abstract:As the application of electronic control technique in the engine of a vehicle,new requirements for automobile maintenance personnel are brought forward.Using the 8A-E25P engine of Toyota VIOS as the example,and syncretizing the control technique of engine by SCM,this paper introduces the way of combining the original automobile parts and simulation control of SCM to finish the design and manufacture of an experimental bench,which can be used to diagnose the malfunction of an electronic-controlled engine.The control system of the experiment bench,with SCM AT89S51 as the core,realizes the repeated simulation of various typical troubles.In order to identify the trouble in various conditions,the coding input by keyboard is used in the experimental bench,especially for the simulation of the troubles such as inexact parameters outputted by the sensors. This bench provides the automobile maintenance personnel with a proper device to develop the skill in trouble diagnosis for the electronic-controlled system of a car engine.
