摘    要:介绍了采用溶液法制备马来酸酣接枝高密度聚乙烯(HDPE-g-MAH)接枝物,研究了引发剂和单体的用量与接枝率的关系,由Molau试验证实,HDPE-g-MAH对PA6/UHMWPE共混体系有较好的增容作用。当接枝率在0.5%~1.5%时,对共混体系的吸水性能有明显的改进。

Abstract:The preparation of HDPE-g-MAH in solution was introduced.The relationship between the concentration of monomer and the graft ratio was studied. Molau experiment indicated that the HDPE-g-MAH was the efficacious compatibilizer to PA6/UHMWPE blends. The graft ratio between 0.5% and 1.5% was suitable for the PA6/UHMWPE/HDPE-g-MAH blends.
