| 摘 要： | 通过对不同规格平准器卷烟机卷制的烟支进行试验对比分析,研究了相同条件下烟支内烟丝分布对卷烟烟气指标以及逐口分析的影响。结果表明,使用6槽和3槽平准器卷烟机卷制的烟支,他们的烟支重量和吸阻均较稳定,但6槽与3槽平准器卷烟机卷制的烟支相比,其烟气中的焦油、烟碱和一氧化碳量更低,卷烟逐口间烟气的焦油、烟碱含量变化更小。

| Abstract: | The influence of shred distribution in tobacco rod on the cigarette smoke index and puff-by-puff analysis of smoke were studied by comparative test and analysis.The samples in the tested cigarettes were trimmed by different ecreteur discs while the cigarettes were making.The results showed that the tobacco rod trimmed by six-pocket disc was the same as that trimmed by three-pocket disc,their weight and draw resistance were stable.To the obacco rod trimmed by six-pocket disc,its delivery of tar 、nicotine and CO was lower,and the variety of smoke chemical analysis on individual cigarette puffs was less. |
