数控技术在木材加工装备上的应用

分析了我国木工机械的现状,指出我国木工机械已经进入数控化的初始阶段,低档数控镂铣机已不再风光.目前,国产数控木工设备已开始向多样化发展,国内数控家具加工机械仍然主要依靠进口.当前,中国数控木工机械急需解决的技术问题是电主轴的选择、导轨组件的系列化和专业化、数控系统调速范围的变化率、木工机械步进电机控制系统开发、数控标准系统的电控接口数量不足、数控木工机械软件的非专业化等问题.现阶段,国内数控技术在木工机械上的应用主要包括批量生产木制品生产线的集中控制系统,利用数控电主轴逐步替代木工机械传统变速主轴,瞄准国际市场高端数控产品进行的国产化技术研究.目前,木工机械进给系统迫切需要数控技术的参与,木工机械的传统仿形和钻孔等工序的数控化势在必行.我国数控技术在木材加工机械方面的应用包括批量生产家具生产线的数控技术应用,木材加工自动化生产线的数控技术,数控通用机床的技术进步.发展各种木工机械的数控化技术,逐步使各种木制品加工的数控加工机械向高精度、高质量、高集成、自动化方向发展是我国木工机械新产品开发方向的重点.

The application of NC technology in woodworking equipment

This paper analyses the present situation of Chinese woodworking machinery,indicates that Chinese woodworking machinery has already entered the preliminary stage of numerical control and the low-grade numerical control router has already tended to be the lowest price.At present,the domestically produced numerical control woodworking equipment has started to develop diversely,but the domestic numerical control furniture processing machinery still mainly depends on importing overseas numerical control equipment.Now,the technical problem of China CNC wood processing machinery urgently needing to resolve are the choice of spindle,serialization and specialization of rail components,the rate.of change of speed scope of NC system,the development of stepper motor control system,the insufficient number of interface of standard electronic control system,the non-specialized problem of numerical control software and so on.At present,the major application of Chinese numerical control technology in domestic wood processing machinery includes batch processing concentrated control system of wood products beltline,making use of NC electro-spindle to gradually replace traditional shifting spindle of woodworking machinery, aiming at the high-end products of international market to make a domestically technological study.Currently,the woodworking machinery system urgently needs the participation of NC technology,the NC of profile modeling and drilling of woodworking machinery and so on are inevitable.The application of Chinese NC technology in woodworking machine includes application of NC technology in mass production of furniture beltline,NC technology of automated beltline of woodworking and technological progress of NC general machine.Developing the NC technology of kinds of woodworking machine so that the NC woodworking machines that processes kinds of wood products are developed in the direction of high precision,high-quality,high- integration and high-automation.This is the focus of direction of new product development of Chinese woodworking machinery.
