摘    要:为提高聚α-烯烃的减阻率,采用正交实验法,对影响α-烯烃溶液聚合物减阻性能的因素进行了考察。用GPC对溶液聚合物的相对分子质量分布进行了表征,用室内模拟环道评价装置测定了聚合物的减阻率、抗剪切性能。实验结果表明,聚合反应最佳工艺条件为:溶剂原料体积比1∶1,主催化剂浓度0.4 mol/m3单体,铝钛摩尔比20∶1、硅钛摩尔比4∶1。溶剂的极性对聚合反应过程和产物减阻性能有显著影响,极性越大,聚合反应速度越快,聚合物减阻率越大。GPC分析结果表明,中试装置溶液聚合物的重均相对分子质量可达到5.0×106以上,减阻率55%-63%,具有工业化价值。

Abstract:The optimum technological conditions for α-olefin polymerization were:V(solvent)∶V(feedstock)=1∶1,concentration of main catalyst 0.4 mol/m3 monomer,n(Al)∶n(Ti)=20∶1 and n(Si)∶n(Ti)=4∶1.Drag reducing efficiency and shearing resistance of the polymers were evaluated by the simulative loop evaluation apparatus.Property of the drag reducer and reaction course of α-olefin polymerization were obviously influenced by solvent polarity.Polymerization rate and drag reducing efficiency increased with growth of solvent polarity.Results by GPC indicated that,in a pilot plant the weight-average relative molecular mass of the solution polymers could reach over 5.0×106,and the drag reducing efficiency of the polymers was 55%~63%.
