摘    要:针对当前煤矿有线安全监控系统存在的检测盲区及扩展困难的问题,利用无线传感网络结构灵活、容错性好、布设快捷、功耗低等特征,以MSP430系列单片机和nRF401无线接收模块为核心设计了基于无线传感网络的煤矿监测系统,该系统采用井下无线通信和井上CAN总线相结合的方式将采集的数据传送到监测中心。通过使用FEC纠错算法,提高了系统无线数据传输的可靠性。该系统具有较高的抗毁能力,对提高煤矿生产及人员安全具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:In view of the current mine monitoring system is difficult to expand and has monitoring blind area.Wireless sensor networks have many advantages such as flexible structure,good fault-tolerant capability,quick layout,and low power loss.This paper takes MSP430 MCU and wireless receiver module(nRF401)as the core of mine safety monitoring and controlling system,which is based on wireless sensor networks.The monitoring system sends the collected data to the control center by the way of combination of wireless communication and the CAN bus.The reliability of wireless data transmission can be improved by using the FEC error correction algorithm.Through testing evaluation,the system can operate stably and has good invulnerability.It is very important for improving mine production and associated personnel safety.
