| 摘 要： | 固定资产投资项目的工程建设及其管理是一个系统工程,应遵循科学程序并抓住关键环节,明确工作程序和责任,建立建设项目联动机制。为了实现对项目进行系统的全过程的管理特别是费用控制,主要对理顺、完善化工建设项目的建设程序作出了简明描述。

| Abstract: | The project construction and management of fixed assets investment project is a systems engineering.It should follow the scientific procedures and tackle the key link.It also should established the "linkage mechanism" basised on understand the working procedure and liability.In order to achieve a systematic management for the whole project process,especially the cost control,how to rationalize and improve the construction procedure of chemical construction project was described in this paper. |
