| 摘 要： | 双师型教师队伍的建设是高等职业教育的核心内容之一．建设一支高素质的双师型教师队伍，有利于提高高等职业教育的教学和科研水平．大力发展高等职业教育，必须加强对双师型教师队伍建设的管理．应当按照队伍建设管理的原则，做好队伍发展的规划、聘任、培训等工作，不断提高队伍质量、缩短成才周期，努力建设一支素质优良的双师型教师队伍．

| Abstract: | The buildup of a contingent of double professionally titled teachers is one of the central tasks in higher vocational education. A contingent of double professionally titled teachers of high quality can help raise the teaching and scientific research levels in higher vocational education.To devote great efforts to developing higher vocational education,we have to strengthen the management of the buildup of the contingent of double professionally titled teachers and,on the principles of the management of this contigent,do good jobs in planning,engagement,training,etc.so as to improve the quality of the contingent unceasingly,to shorten the qualification period and to try hard to build up a contingent of double professionally titled teachers of good quality. |
