| 摘 要： | 文章分析了在老试绳状漂白线上生产低级棉织物是产生的各类斑疵的原因及其解决办法。通过对煮练助剂－无磷螯合剂的优化，以取代纯碱，大量降低了斑渍疵点，虽然煮练成本有所增加，但综合成本下降，社会效益明显。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the reason of blotchy caused by old rope bleaching production line for manufacturing lower grade cotton fabric, and also presents their solution methods. By means of non-phosphorous chelating agent substituting for soda, blotchy defects are greatly reduced. Both economical and social benefits are increased obviously. |
