| 摘 要： | 通过对塑件的工艺分析,找出了模具设计的难点,设计了一种2次分型的内抽芯结构,以确保产品自由下落,实现了自动化生产。模具结构简单、制造方便,经过实际生产验证,动作可靠,塑件脱模顺利。

| Abstract: | Through the technological analysis of the plastic flange nut part,the difficulty for designing the mould for the part has been found out.An internal core-pulling structure with two-step parting is introduced.This structure can ensure the products to fall freely,thus realize automatic proˉduction.This mould structure is simple and easy to manufacture.Practical production verified that the operation of the mould is reliable and demoulding of the plastic parts is smooth. |
