基于二次侧调压技术的抽油机专用变压器

摘    要:设计的抽油机专用变压器采用基于智能控制器的二次侧调压技术和测控技术,通过检测控制单元适时检测抽油电机的电流和功率因数等参数,控制特殊绕组变压器的二次输出电压,使电机始终在高效区运行,以减少电能消耗。将原来电机的角接改为星接,提高电机额定电压√3倍。变压器的设计与电机的星接,保证电机在380-660V之间的变电压下工作,既有效地防止窃电,还降低因更换电机电缆而造成的不必要的资金投入。研制的抽油机专用变压器测试和应用表明:设计的电力变压器综合节电率在20%以上。

Abstract:Special transformer for pumping units based on the output voltage regulation technology as well as the observation and control technology of intelligent controller has been interpreted in this paper. By employing the transformer, the electric machinery could be able to keep efficient in the operation area and power consumption are reduced through timely detection of oil pumping units electric current and power-factor with the examination control unit and effective controlling of the special winding trans,former secondary output voltage. The rated voltage of electric machinery has been improved √3 times as before though changing the original electricl machinery corner joint into the star joint. The speeial transformer ensures that electric machinery run between 380 V-660 V voltage, that is effective in preventing Fault Tolerant and unnecessary investment caused due to replacement ofelectrical cables. The results of testing and applications shows that by employing the special transformer for pumping units power consumption could save more than 20%.
